Question 1

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

You pay the seller directly — by UPI or cash when your order is delivered. GrowGreen does not take card details or online payments on this website.

Question 2

Who delivers my order?

Accepted Answer

The seller who accepts your order delivers it. Once they accept, you can see their shop name and phone number on your order page and contact them directly.

Question 3

What if the nearest seller can't take my order?

Accepted Answer

It is automatically offered to the next-nearest eligible seller. If nobody nearby can take it, the order is marked “no seller available” and our team contacts you.

Question 4

Which areas do you deliver to?

Accepted Answer

We work with sellers in and around Pune. Enter your PIN code or share your location in the shop to see whether a seller covers your address.

Question 5

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes — from your order page, while it is still waiting for a seller or after the seller has accepted but before they start preparing it. After that, contact your seller directly.

Question 6

How do I know when my seller accepts?

Accepted Answer

Your order page updates live. Once the seller accepts, you'll see their shop name, phone number and, if they have one, their UPI ID.

Question 7

Why do I need an account to order?

Accepted Answer

So you can track your order, see your seller's contact details once they accept, and reorder quickly. Sign in with email or Google.

Question 8

Is there a minimum order?

Accepted Answer

One pack is enough. Each order can include up to six different packs.

Question 9

What's in the pack?

Accepted Answer

100% fresh oyster or button mushrooms with no preservatives, in 100 g (₹40 MRP) and 200 g (₹70 MRP) packs.

Question 10

How should I store them?

Accepted Answer

Refrigerate at 2–4 °C, keep them dry and wash just before cooking. Don't freeze fresh mushrooms — it ruins the texture.
