How ordering works
GrowGreen is a marketplace: you order online, a verified seller near you fulfils it, and you deal with them directly.
Four steps

Tell us where to deliver
Share your location or enter your PIN code. We only show sellers who actually deliver to you.

We rank nearby sellers
Approved sellers who cover your area and have enough stock are ranked by distance.

The nearest one accepts
Your order goes to the closest seller first. If they can't take it, it moves to the next-nearest automatically.

Deal directly, pay on delivery
You get the seller's contact. Pay them by UPI or cash when your mushrooms arrive.

Matching
Before a seller is offered your order, all four of these must be true.
Verified and active
Only sellers approved by GrowGreen who have switched on order-taking.
Covers your address
Within the seller's own delivery radius — or, without GPS, a PIN code they serve.
Has your packs in stock
Enough of every pack in your cart, from their live inventory.
Answers in time
The seller accepts or passes within the response window; otherwise the next seller is offered.
Tracking
Each status change is recorded with the time it happened, so you always know where your order is.
Order placed
Your order has been offered to the nearest eligible seller.
Seller accepted
The seller has confirmed your order. You can now contact them directly.
Preparing
Your mushrooms are being packed.
Ready for dispatch
Packed and ready to leave the seller.
Out for delivery
On the way to your address.
Delivered
Delivered. Enjoy your mushrooms!
Pay the seller directly
No online payment is taken on this website. When your seller accepts, you'll see their phone number and UPI ID — pay them by UPI or cash on delivery.
Your details stay need-to-know
Your address and phone number are visible only to the seller your order is offered to, and to GrowGreen's team.
