These terms apply to using the GrowGreen Organics website. By placing an order or registering as a seller you agree to them.
The marketplace
GrowGreen connects customers with independent, verified sellers. When you place an order it is offered to the nearest eligible seller; the seller who accepts it is responsible for preparing and delivering it. You and the seller deal directly for delivery and payment.
Prices
Prices are the MRP printed on each pack, inclusive of all taxes, plus any delivery charge shown at checkout. The bill is checked against the catalogue when your order is placed.
Payment
You pay the seller directly, by UPI or cash on delivery. GrowGreen does not collect customer payments on this website.

Sellers
- Sellers must provide accurate shop, contact and licence details and keep their stock up to date.
- Sellers are responsible for the quality, labelling and safe handling of what they sell, and for complying with applicable food-business requirements.
- GrowGreen earns a brokerage on delivered orders at the rate shown on each order, settled with the seller separately.
- GrowGreen may suspend a seller or remove listings that break these terms.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details private. Don't place orders you don't intend to receive, or use the site to send spam.
