This policy explains what information Grow Green Organics (“GrowGreen”, “we”) collects through this website, why, and who can see it. We collect only what is needed to run the marketplace.
What we collect
- Account: your name and email address, and a sign-in method (password or Google). Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see them.
- Orders: your name, mobile number, optional email, delivery address and PIN code, and — only if you choose to share it — your device location for that order.
- Sellers: shop details, delivery coverage, owner contact details, licence numbers (such as FSSAI and GSTIN) and an optional UPI ID. We do not collect bank account details, passwords or OTPs on this website.
- Messages: what you send through the contact form.
Who can see it
- The seller your order is offered to sees your name, mobile number and delivery address, so they can decide whether to accept and then deliver.
- Once a seller accepts, you see their shop name, phone number and UPI ID (if provided), so you can deal with them directly.
- Authorised GrowGreen staff can see orders, seller applications and messages to run and support the marketplace.
- We do not sell your information.
Payments
No online payment is processed on this website. You pay your seller directly by UPI or cash. We never ask for card numbers, CVVs or UPI PINs.
Where it is stored
Data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Access is restricted by security rules so that each person sees only what they need.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the website is used, in aggregate. The website remembers your cart and delivery PIN in your own browser.
Your choices
You can update your name and phone number in your account. To ask for a copy or deletion of your data, contact us at growgreenorganics5@gmail.com or +91 90674 16355. Some order records may need to be kept for accounting.
