About this product
Shiitake are prized for their intense, smoky flavour, and drying makes it even stronger. A few caps transform a whole pot of soup or stir-fry.
Soak in warm water for 30 minutes, trim the tough stems and slice. Strain the soaking liquid and use it as stock.
